The Samuels Group, a leading commercial construction company in Wisconsin and Iowa, is excited to announce the promotions of several team members.
Jesse Daul has been promoted to Special Projects Division Manager. The Special Projects Division specializes in construction management services for unique smaller projects that require fast-track approaches and schedules. These projects can range from a few thousand dollars to millions of dollars and often include tenant improvements, space reconfigurations, additions, renovations, repairs, and specialty projects.
With over 25 years of experience, Jesse has been a vital member of The Samuels Group team providing exceptional service as a general superintendent to our healthcare, commercial, and manufacturing clients. In his new role, Jesse is responsible for client relationships, overseeing the operations of the Special Projects Division, managing subcontractor relations, and ensuring the quality control of special projects.
Jeff Curtis has been promoted to General Superintendent of the Iowa market. With nearly 20 years of experience and a diverse portfolio of government, healthcare, manufacturing, and hospitality projects, Curtis is well-versed in all aspects of construction and managing jobsites. He will use his experience in managing and supervising day-to-day activities at the construction site, and his talent for building team rapport, to mentor and oversee The Samuels Group’s superintendents to ensure professional field operations and our commitment to safety on every project.
Justin Keller was recently promoted to Senior Estimator. Justin joined The Samuels Group in 2007 and has successfully provided estimating services for commercial, government, healthcare, education, and manufacturing projects. Justin specializes in computerized estimating, bidding, and value analysis for projects of all sizes. His ongoing daily estimating activities provide him with the relationships, resources and knowledge of current construction costs, supply and demand of specialty contractors, construction materials and their required lead times. In his new role, he will work closely with the Director of Estimating and our clients in the pre-construction phase of their projects to investigate needs and perform the preconstruction services necessary for further design work.
Megan Fuehrer has been with The Samuels Group for seven years and was recently promoted to Senior Project Administrator. In her new role, Megan will oversee the project administration team in performing administrative functions, day-to-day processing, and contract administration for operations and design.
