Manufacturing Projects and Services
This project encompasses three phases: firstly, the 19E Building, a pre-engineered structure encompassing 110,000 SF of manufacturing space, offices, restrooms, breakroom, truck dock, and hazmat area; secondly, the North Manufacturing Building, a 125,000 SF conventional steel framed extension for manufacturing and the tool and die department; and thirdly, the Administration Building, a 2-story, 45,000 SF construction featuring a blend of conventional steel framing and pre-cast sandwich panels, specialized HVAC equipment, exposed structural ceilings, open/closed stairs, polished concrete floors, and housing a museum.
