This project involved the construction of a 21,472 square-foot facility, encompassing administrative offices, meeting spaces, and a dedicated shop area. The client requested a phased approach, requiring our team to complete the shop area for occupancy prior to finishing the office spaces. Close collaboration within our team was essential to meet this phased schedule and deliver each stage to the owner on time. Additionally, we coordinated closely with the owner to ensure the seamless delivery and installation of owner-provided equipment, including overhead cranes, a waste oil supply system, and an LP gas system.
