The Samuels Group Special Projects Division is providing comprehensive construction services for the Mosinee NCSRCC Carpenter Training Center renovation project, which features the creating of a new welding lab. Facility upgrades include the installation of new boilers, enhanced lighting, fresh paint, updated flooring, and new roofing, and siding. The project also includes the construction of additional parking areas, a newly built road, and an 80x80-foot training pad. Additional site enhancements include a new dumpster pad and a regraded garage door approach to optimize functionality and access.
